c1-classThis course consists of two lessons that present specialized information regarding how aircraft and airfield deicing activities are conducted: why deicers are a concern in stormwater; best management practices available for minimizing, containing, and treating or disposing of deicing runoff; and planning strategies for developing a holistic deicing runoff management program.

This course is designed for teaching airport staff responsible for local planning and implementing deicing procedures. Course 4 materials can be downloaded in one compressed (zip) file or as individual files below.
