Appendix A. Annotated Bibliography
Table A.1 provides an annotated bibliography of documents and data sources referenced in this guide. The column “Short Reference” is the citation used in the text of the guide. The table provides full bibliographic information, a brief description, and a discussion of how the document is relevant to State department of transportation (DOT) efforts to estimate and reduce greenhouse gases (GHGs). The table also identifies whether the document addresses the following:
- Inventory data sources and/or methods.
- Forecasting data sources and/or methods.
- Strategy information and/or analysis methods.
- Consideration of GHG in planning.
