NPS Technical Guidance on Assessing Impacts to Air Quality in NEPA and Planning Documents
Abstract
This guidance provides an overview of approaches, specifically toward National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and other National Park Service (NPS) planning projects, to assess air quality impacts. It is able to assist in the development of emission estimates, analysis, and determining the level of severity of potential air quality impacts.
