ICAO Guidance Material for the Development of States’ Action Plans
Abstract
This guidance document is divided into five parts, each focusing on a different aspect of an action plan. There is no specific requirement in terms of the level of detail to be provided and hence, the guidance is generic and applies to all types of action plans, ranging from simple compilations of data to elaborate reports. ICAO has developed a web interface that facilitates the preparation of action plans and their submission to ICAO.
