FAA Order 1050.1F – Environmental Impacts: Policies and Procedures
Abstract
This order serves as the FAA's policy and procedures for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and implementing regulations issued by the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) (40 CFR Parts 1500–1508). The order establishes the NEPA process in terms of planning, procedures, content and format, and public participation for FAA actions. It provides an overview of the various NEPA documents.
