These refined dispersion models are listed in Appendix W (40 CFR Part 51) and are required to be used for state implementation plan revisions for existing sources and for new source review and prevention of significant deterioration programs. The models in this section include BLP, CALINE3, CAL3QHC/CAL3QHCR, CTDMPLUS, and OCD.
