Project Information

Air pollution degrades the quality of the air we breathe every day, and this diminished air quality has been linked to various health issues. Communities situated near airports have grown more conscious of airport emissions and their implications for local air quality and public health.

Increased airport operations, combined with heightened public awareness of health concerns, underscore the necessity for airport operators to better understand potential health impacts of air pollution and to enhance the dissemination of relevant information to the public.

This training program is designed for airport staff and stakeholders aiming to establish and enhance their comprehension of the air quality responsibilities that affect regulated facilities in their day-to-day operations.
