This research report builds upon previous research undertaken within the Transit Cooperative Research Program to provide an updated summary of the role of public transportation services in providing improved ground access services to America’s airports. This research report updates TCRP Report 62: Improving Public Transportation Access to Large Airports (2000) and TCRP Report 83: Strategies for Improving Public Transportation Access to Large Airports (2002).
