ACRP Report 117: Airport Escalators and Moving Walkways—Cost-Savings and Energy Reduction Technologies provides a systematic approach to identifying, evaluating, and selecting cost-saving and energy reduction technologies that can be applied to airport escalators and moving walkways. The guidebook and downloadable financial tool (see below) can be used to help airports reduce energy consumption and operational costs, improve reliability and customer service, and meet environmental stewardship goals.
