Airport Microgrid Implementation Tools
ACRP WebResource 19: Aiport Microgrid Implementation Tools (AMIT) was developed to help airports better equip themselves to avoid the disruptive impacts associated with electrical power loss. Complete an AMIT project for your airport to receive energy recommendations. The information in this WebResource is based on 2017 data and statistics. Use the information provided as suggestions for updating your airport microgrid readiness and efficiency.
Begin with Module 0 to start a new project. Your progress will be saved as you complete each lesson. A comprehensive summary report will be compiled for you to download once you have completed all of the modules.
If you choose to exit the AMIT before completing all of the modules, you may download your progress and resume at a later time by uploading your saved progress on this page. When you resume, you will begin where you ended your last session.
Click the "Begin New Project" button below to get started.
Resume a Project
To resume a project, upload your saved progress file and your current session will begin on the last page you completed.
Uploading a saved project will overwrite any current information that has been entered.
- Do not open modules in a new tab. Opening a module in a new tab will start a new project session.
- Do not skip ahead in the AMIT unless directed to do so. If you skip ahead, the summary report may be incomplete.
Refer to the User Guide for additional instructions about completing the AMIT.
