This presentation is based on ACRP Research Report 184: Guidebook on Understanding FAA Grant Assurance Obligations and accompanying technical appendices A-F. The guidebook includes a discussion of each of the grant assurance requirements, information on the duration of obligations and the consequences of non-compliance, the identification of interrelated grant assurances, and examples of practices found to be in compliance and non-compliance.
