Abstract: This standard operating procedure (SOP) establishes uniform procedures for reviewing and approving airport layout plans (ALPs). ALPs are drawings used to graphically depict current and future airport facilities. The standards for ALPs can be found in Advisory Circular 150/5070-6B, Airport Master Plans. The term airport layout plan typically refers to a single document or drawing covering the entire airport.
