Decisions and Documents, presented in PDF, contains a compilation of the Federal Transit Administration’s (FTA’s) decisions and documents dealing with that agency’s interpretation of the Charter Bus Service Requirements. The decisions are in chronological order starting from June 11, 1976. Although the Charter Bus Service requirements were substantially revised April 13, 1987, pre-1987 decisions and documents are included to provide historical context. The compilation is indexed alphabetically, by FTA regions, subject, and issue.
