Motorcycle:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u201cevery motor vehicle, other than a tractor, having a seat or saddle for the use of the operator and designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground, including, but not limited to, motor vehicles known as \u2018motor-driven cycle,\u2019 \u2018motor scooter,\u2019 \u2018autocycle,\u2019 \u2018cab-enclosed motorcycle,\u2019 or \u2018motorcycle\u2019 without regard to weight or brake horsepower.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Motor-driven Cycle or Motor Scooter:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u201cany vehicle designed to travel on not more
than three wheels in contact with the ground, with a seat for the driver and floor pad for the driver’s feet, and is equipped with a motor with a piston displacement between fifty and one hundred cubic centimeters piston displacement that produces not more than five brake horsepower and is capable of propelling the vehicle at a speed greater than twenty miles per hour on a level surface.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Motorized Bicycle or Moped:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
