Motorcycle includes an autocycle.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#9d2f00\"><strong>Motor-Driven Cycle:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cevery motorcycle, including every motor scooter, with a motor which produces not to exceed five brake horsepower as measured at the drive shaft, mopeds, and every bicycle with motor attached except for a bicycle as described in subdivision (2) of section 60-611. Motor-driven cycle shall not include an electric personal assistive mobility device.
