as defined in this section.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#9d2f00\"><strong>Motorized Bicycle:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cevery device having two tandem wheels or three wheels, that may be propelled by either human power or helper motor, or by both, and has: (1) A motor which produces not more than 3.5 brake horsepower;
