With those in mind, ask yourself: what level of integration do you need? What resources do you have available to implement and sustain the integration? This step introduces the three <strong>levels<\/strong> of integration for four <strong>functions<\/strong> of social media (SM) management (introduced in Step 1 of this WebResource), in the following parts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/crp.trb.org\/acrpwebresource8\/part-3-plan\/step-8-integration-level\/\">Define the Integration Level<\/a> (basic, intermediate, complete)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/crp.trb.org\/acrpwebresource8\/part-3-plan\/step-8-sm-management-functions\/\">Determine the Social Media Management Functions You Will Integrate<\/a> (listening, engaging, publishing, reporting)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Keep in mind that even if you start out at a basic level, you can revisit this step as you become more adept and obtain new skills and SM management tools.
