This model zoning ordinance is based on 14 CFR Part 77 surfaces. In addition, language has been included that could be used to incorporate departure surfaces into the zoning ordinance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/crp.trb.org\/acrpwebresource7\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2018\/05\/MNAA-Presentation-to-Nashville-Electric.pdf\">Sample Airspace Educational Presentation\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nThe purpose of this presentation is to assist airports in educating proponents of permanent or temporary tall structures such as developers, tower erectors, and crane operators about airspace filing requirements so they can work cooperatively with the airport.
