Content Outline

Using the following parts and chapters, this WebResource will provide you with a thorough understanding of airport common use and lead you through developing, growing, managing, and sustaining a holistic common use program:

Parts 1-5

Fast Track VS. Deep Dive

The chapter-level content in this WebResource can be viewed in two ways: the Fast Track and the Deep Dive.

  • The Fast Track is a high-level overview of the complete guide that can be read in 30-45 minutes, and it is intended for an executive audience or users who want to obtain only a general understanding.
  • The Deep Dive is an in-depth guide through the full set of content, which includes a comprehensive understanding of the holistic common use operating model, the impact it has on all stakeholders, and guidance on how to develop, implement, and manage a wide-ranging program of that nature at an airport.

Assessment and Planning Worksheet

As a customizable companion to the WebResource, the Assessment and Planning Worksheet provides you with a way to document your airport's current progression level toward a holistic common use program and assess its readiness to move to the next level. It also provides you with a place to take personal notes alongside each chapter. Click here for a copy of this Microsoft Word document.
