Chapters 4-5 will give you several tips that you can start applying right away to help get your organization ready for what could be a major culture change. These chapters also provide the first steps you can take to develop a <strong>Culture of Innovation Program <\/strong>at your airport, which will be introduced and built upon in the remaining chapters.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crp.trb.org\/acrpwebresource16\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/32\/2024\/03\/Program_WithChapters-88.png\" alt=\"Demonstration of the culture of innovation program\" title=\"Program_WithChapters-88\" \/>\n\t<p>Based on the concepts set up in Part 1, Chapter 4 introduces a series of plays you can consider implementing with your team, each aligned with one of the <a href=\"part1-understand\/chapter-2-ft\/chapter2-dd1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">five organizational elements<\/a>. A play is an actionable outline of activities designed specifically to address a challenge and move your team forward on its new journey.<\/p>\n<p>As you review the plays, you can also use this <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/32\/2024\/03\/Playbook-Worksheet_ACRP0147.docx\">Playbook Worksheet<\/a> to build a personalized playbook for developing a culture of innovation in your organization or team. A playbook is typically used by a sports team to visualize and simulate different plays over and over, often on a whiteboard.
